Happy New Year to one and all!!!
May this year bring you all the happiness and Health! 

One Resolution we can easily stick to during this year is “EAT CONSCIOUSLY”.
If we start eating consciously, then I am sure we can keep those extra pounds and health crisis away.
Seems easier said than done, does it?
But it is not that difficult too…… 

Let us apply one simple strategy……… Imagine you are at a traffic signal.

Each time you eat, whether it is a meal or a tempting give-in, or any snack, or a second helping of something you love, or you go and fill yourself with a convenience meal, you should
STOP…..

THINK…..

AND EAT J

If you are able to apply this simple trick as many times as you can, then your chances of putting on extra pounds during this year can nullify.

Remember…….. Simple and most treasured joys in life come for Free!!!

Similarly……..…. Being Fit and Healthy does not always require expensive food and funny gadgets and exercise tools.

Stay Fit and Healthy!!!
